Seth Gordon: We are seeing more and more people embracing technology because they realize that ultimately that's where they're going to go, but it's not happening overnight.

Neil P. Keegan: Yeah. And I think there's probably also, there's gotta be a degree of I guess, reality and expectation setting. So to think that you're going to have this solution where I guess from my perspective, I put a deal up and then magically money's gonna flood in without me having to do anything other than just put the deal up. I mean, I just, I just don't really see that happening.
