Seth Gordon: So I feel like you had some really great success early on when we first got you on, like, you were a perfect ambassador right away, you were super excited about the integrations, all these different things. I could tell that your, your head was spinning with all this, you know, opportunity, but you actually put a deal up there for an Idaho-based property. Right?

Dane Simmons: Yeah.

Seth Gordon: And you were able to fund that. It felt like almost instantaneously, like you must've thrown, you're clearly a marketing guru, but you did a great job of getting things out there. So tell us about that experience.

Dane Simmons: Yeah, the experience was amazing. And you know, when it comes to real estate, there's a little bit of gray area, whether it's security or not a security, you know, so I felt confident that I could, I could raise money for a real estate asset and really do have the right protocols in place. But my experience, it, it, it was amazing. I raised $300,000 in four days. Right? And so I was like, "Whoa, wait a minute! Like what just happened here?" You know? So it was, it was a crazy cool experience. And then the investors had a great experience because they were able to log into their bank accounts and transfer the money right over to our escrow account. Right? And, and that in itself was amazing because all the investments I were, I was in prior to this particular platform, I had to go into the bank. I had to wire the money and it was so difficult and so time consuming. And that was part of the fragmentation that I didn't like if it were for the investors that invest it, they were extremely pleased with how easy it was to really get their money into the deal.
