Seth Gordon: You know, just overall it doesn't need to be WealthBlock specific. I'm curious as to, you know, how tech has really helped you in terms of your own productivity efficiency across the board.

Bobby Kamaris: Yeah. It's, it's been really helpful to engage with the community, with the investors in a deal, for example, and use a lot of like the CRM tool that's built-in, in our product with WealthBlock, to be able to you know, send updates to them very easily. And it's, the interface has just been very easy for us because I know that that's, that's a big part of it. Just to kind of be consistent with users, with investors and transparent with them. So, so that's been really helpful, just kind of on the, on the business development and customer relationship side.

Adam Cowherd: Yeah, absolutely. I think the heat mapping is one of my favorite features where you can see where in the funnel are people dropping off and then we've actually, and WealthBlock makes it so easy to send out like email updates that Bobby was saying, but then also track like how engaged, how much time are people spending on these pages? That's something that's so valuable to us because we're seeing what people are more interested from a deal perspective. And then you have that two-sided interaction relationship with them with the built-in CRM system. And I love that everything just works, frankly, too. Like we haven't had any large issues with WealthBlock, like, and everything is just kind of off the rack works and it looks really nice where then we're able to really add our own brand, look and feel to everything. And it just plugs directly into the rest of our ecosystem.
