Matt Belcher: Yeah, the engagement he'd started, Seth to tell you. That's the other thing about the WealthBlock platform is it has this whatever you want to call it, that with the engagement piece, where we can see, I can see how long somebody has looked at a particular document or video, right? And so it's not about the phone. It's about tailoring the environment and the experience for them, because if they're hanging up on, if they're stopping and reading a specific document for a period of time, that's about our strategy, right? That we invest in C, B, we take assets from a C plus to a B, then we know they're all about the real estate. So they want to know more about it. So then we can communicate with them, say, "Is there more information we can provide you with that?" The other thing is the reporting on the back-end. You know, again, it goes to self-service, right? So there's a minimum standard that we all require right now. I mean, if you log into your banking app or any app, you've got on your phone has anything to do with accounts or finance, there's a minimum standard that you require and expect, right? You expect to be able to see how much is in there, the transactions, my portfolio, you expect to be able to change your information. You don't want to email support app X, X, X, and say, "Hey, my name has changed or my address has changed." You just want to go in, do it yourself. And we're, we're all, it doesn't matter how old you are. Right? There's a level now that is just there, that's expected. And you know, we even had investors communicate with us once we moved over to the platform saying, thank you so much. It's amazing, you know? [laughs] It's great. So, yeah, I, that, that for me is the, the biggest pieces of it.
