Matt Belcher: There is no doubt about it. Right. And it's what Jim was saying. You know, how, how did I raise money for real estate in the past? Right? And could we even have done this individual investor thing is fractionally thousands and thousand investors? Of course you couldn't. And, and it, isn't just about having a platform. It's about a platform that plugs into partners because we're, you know, we're in the game of funneling that money or allowing investors to find these investments. And we're not the only game in town, right? There's plenty out there, but definitely those that are going to survive and thrive are going to be the ones that understand this paradigm shift of sort of a trifecta of things, which is you know, I think like Jim said, it's technology compliance, but I think we're also seeing a shift in desire from the public, right? I mean, just look at Robinhood as a great example. The reason they've been so successful is people want to feel empowered to make their own decisions. And if you're not a company that's providing a platform that allows people to do that, you're going to be out the game.
