Jim Jones: Yeah. So at Alto we have a dedicated sales and operation team there to handle each and every account. So there again, three steps. Step one is opening the account. Number two bring the assets over from another IRA either custodian or brokerage firm like Schwab, E-Trade, Merrill Lynch, et cetera. And then the third is directing the investment. And typically the sticking point well there were sticking points at each level, but the biggest sticking point was really the, the transfer of assets from a broker gyrate to the custodian. And Alto IRA is the only custodian that will actually pick up and manage the whole transfer process from beginning to end. So the investor doesn't have to go chase that down. And the last thing we want is our client, such as Matt and his team, chasing down self-directed IRA issues relating to transfer and that's in the past that had been the case as, as early as or I should say late as last fall, I was transferring an asset from one prior custodian to another prior custodian and that has to transfer to five months. And it was just hair-pulling. It's excruciating. So again, in that, the first process is easy, open the account. It's literally done in minutes. Trans or excuse me, the funding the account through the director of direct investment letter is also done digitally and online. So it's that third step really where Alto picks up the ball and handles the transfer.
